Fees and Payments

What Seacrets charges creators, when and how earnings are withdrawn, and which withdrawal methods are available.

Seacrets charges a flat 20% commission on the revenue generated on the platform. Creators keep 80% of everything they earn. There are no signup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs.

What commission does Seacrets charge?

A flat 20% commission on the gross revenue collected from end users. The creator keeps 80% across every monetization method:

  • Subscriptions
  • Pay-per-view (PPV) content
  • Tips
  • Paid messages
  • Live streams with paid access

The percentage is the same for every creator and does not change with revenue volume. It is set out in the Terms of Service and the Creator Agreement.

What does the commission cover?

The commission covers the infrastructure creators use to publish and monetize their content:

  • Payment processing through authorized payment providers
  • Hosting, video delivery, and bandwidth
  • Monetization tools (subscriptions, PPV, tips, messaging, live streams)
  • Content protection: DRM, anti-screen-capture technology, and watermarking
  • Identity and age verification (KYC), content moderation, and regulatory compliance
  • Admin dashboard, analytics, and support

Are there any other costs for creators?

Seacrets charges no registration or monthly fees. There are, however, costs outside the platform's control that the creator bears:

  • Transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and currency conversion applied by the chosen payment or withdrawal provider
  • Taxes applicable in the creator's jurisdiction, which each creator is responsible for reporting and paying

Separately, Seacrets may charge the end user a service fee for payment processing. That fee is paid by the fan and is not deducted from the creator's 80%.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

Earnings are recorded in the balance at the time of sale and become available for withdrawal 15 days later. That period is the reserve covering refunds and chargebacks, and it is described in the Creator Agreement.

The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 100. Once available, funds can be withdrawn at any time and are sent to the payment method configured in the account.

Which withdrawal methods are available?

Available methods vary by the creator's country and include, among others:

  • PayPal
  • AstroPay
  • Wise
  • Bank transfer
  • CosmoPayment (prepaid or virtual card top-up)
  • Cryptocurrency, including stablecoins such as USDT

Seacrets is one of the few platforms in the industry that lets creators receive withdrawals in cryptocurrency, and more than 20 additional methods are currently being integrated. The current list for each country is shown in the account's payment settings.

Payments are made in US dollars (USD) or in virtual assets when that option is selected.

How do fans pay?

Charges to end users are processed through authorized external payment providers. Seacrets does not store credit card data or sensitive financial information: that data stays with the payment processor, which operates under industry security standards.

Refunds and chargebacks

Seacrets processes refunds in cases such as card fraud, technical errors, or failure to deliver promised content. When a refund is approved or a chargeback is received, the creator's corresponding 80% is deducted from their balance; the remaining percentage covers operating costs and non-refundable payment processor fees.

The full procedure is in the Chargebacks and Payment Disputes policy.
