How Seacrets verifies identities, moderates content, protects creators, and handles data and payments. A plain-language summary of every trust and safety measure, linking to each policy.
Seacrets (seacrets.online) verifies every creator's identity before allowing monetization, moderates all published content, protects material with DRM and traceable watermarks, and does not store its users' card data. This page summarizes, in plain language, how each of those measures works and links to the policy behind it.
Is Seacrets safe?
The platform is operated by Hyper Lab LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, and runs under a published, verifiable compliance framework. Specifically:
- No one can monetize without verifying their identity: KYC verification with an official document and biometric validation is mandatory for any creator before publishing paid content or receiving money.
- Access is restricted to people aged 18 or older, and age is verified.
- All content goes through moderation — automated at upload, escalated to human review when risk indicators appear.
- Payments are processed by authorized external providers: Seacrets does not store card numbers or sensitive financial data.
- Policies are public and available on this site, in Spanish and English.
Identity and age verification
| Who | What is verified |
|---|---|
| Creators | Identity via official document and biometric validation (KYC), before they can monetize or withdraw funds |
| Fans | Legal age at registration; platform access is restricted to people 18 or older |

Content moderation
All content is analyzed by automated systems at upload. Material that triggers risk indicators is escalated to human review, and anything violating the law or the policies is removed. The absence of a prior review does not imply approval: moderation may act at any time.
The rules are published in the Moderation Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Zero tolerance
Seacrets absolutely prohibits, and acts immediately on:
- Any content involving minors or the appearance of minors — see Protection of Minors.
- Non-consensual content, including sharing intimate material without permission — see Non-Consensual Content.
- Exploitation, human trafficking, and coercion — see Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement.
These cases can lead to immediate content removal, account termination, and cooperation with the competent authorities.
Protecting creators' content
- DRM on eligible video and paid content.
- Anti-screenshot and anti-screen-recording protection.
- Dual watermarking: the creator's own mark on all their posts, plus a mark carrying the data of the user viewing the content, so a leak can be traced back to its source.
- A dedicated AI team that locates and removes leaked content on other sites.
- Geographic blocking of entire countries or continents, configurable by each creator.
- Formal content removal and DMCA procedures.
How to report, and what happens next
Anyone — with or without an account — can report content or behavior that violates the policies or the law:
- Submit the report through Report Abuse or the Complaints Policy.
- The Trust & Safety team reviews the case; content with serious indicators may be removed preventively while it is investigated.
- The outcome is communicated to the parties where appropriate, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing investigation prevents it.
- Rights holders additionally have the DMCA procedure available.
Privacy and personal data
Seacrets processes personal data under its Privacy Policy, with explicit legal bases and defined retention periods. Anyone can exercise their rights of access, rectification, portability, objection, and erasure:
- Data requests · GDPR/CCPA rights · Cookie Policy
- Data protection contact: [email protected]
Payments and fraud prevention
Charges to end users are processed through authorized external payment providers; Seacrets does not store card data. The platform applies anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention controls, and holds a reserve on revenue to cover refunds and chargebacks.
